Troubleshooting

Pushchair is difficult to fold or unfold.

Ensure all brakes are disengaged. Check that the safety locks or folding mechanisms are fully released. Refer to the user manual for the specific folding sequence, as some models require a precise set of steps.

Wheels are squeaky or not turning smoothly.

Clean any debris (dirt, hair, lint) from around the wheel axles. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant spray to the moving parts of the wheels. Ensure the wheel attachment points are secure.

Harness straps are too tight or loose for my child.

Adjust the shoulder and waist straps using the buckles and adjusters provided. Many harnesses also have multiple height settings for shoulder straps; ensure they are at the appropriate height for your child's shoulders (at or just above them).

Brake is not engaging properly.

Check if there is any debris lodged in the brake mechanism. Ensure the brake lever or pedal is fully pushed down or engaged. If the problem persists, inspect for cable damage or contact support.
