FAQs

Are the cushions machine washable?

Yes, the cushion covers are removable and can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, though air drying is recommended to prevent shrinkage.

Can I leave this furniture outside all winter?

The frames and rattan are weather-resistant; however, it is highly recommended to use a protective cover or move the furniture into storage during harsh winter months to prolong its lifespan.

What is the weight capacity of the sofa?

The 3-seater sofa is engineered for standard residential use, supporting three average-sized adults comfortably.

Does the set come fully assembled?

No, the set arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. Instructions and necessary hardware are included in the packaging.

Is the glass tabletop shatterproof?

The table features 5mm tempered glass, which is designed to be strong and safe; however, it is not indestructible and should be protected from extreme impact.

Troubleshooting

Wobbling table or chair legs

Ensure all bolts are tightened evenly. If the surface remains uneven, check that the adjustable leveling feet (if applicable) are set correctly.

Dirt stuck in rattan weave

Use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to dislodge debris, then wipe with a damp cloth.

Rust spots appearing on frame

Sand the affected area lightly and apply a touch-up paint specifically designed for powder-coated steel to prevent further oxidation.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Durable powder-coated, rust-resistant steel frames
  • UV-stabilized materials prevent premature aging in sunlight
  • Generous 7-person seating capacity suitable for families and guests
  • Removable cushion covers for easy washing and maintenance
  • Sophisticated grey color palette fits modern outdoor decors

Cons

  • Cushions are not waterproof and must be stored during wet weather
  • Requires assembly of individual frames
  • The physical footprint is large, requiring significant deck or patio space

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

The set arrives ready for assembly. It is recommended to assemble the frames on a flat surface like a patio or rug to prevent scratching the powder-coated finish. Use a manual hex key rather than power tools to avoid over-tightening bolts, which can damage the steel threads.

Care Instructions:

  • Rattan Cleaning: Wipe down the rattan periodically with a soft brush or damp cloth using mild soapy water to remove dust and debris.
  • Glass Care: Clean the 5mm tempered glass table with standard glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to maintain clarity.
  • Cushion Maintenance: Wash covers on a gentle cycle as needed. During the winter or prolonged rain, store cushions in a dry, ventilated area like a garage or garden storage box.
