No, this hole saw is specifically designed for the Bosch Power Change Plus keyless arbor system.
It is designed for multi-material use, including wood, plasterboard, and masonry.
The saw features a cutting depth of up to 60 mm.
The hole saw is part of the Power Change Plus ecosystem, so the pilot drill bit is typically used as part of the arbor assembly.
It uses advanced Bosch Carbide Technology, which is significantly more resistant to wear and heat than standard bimetal materials.
Ensure the Power Change Plus collar is fully retracted to disengage the locking mechanism.
Check that the pilot drill is securely tightened and the hole saw is fully seated on the arbor.
Verify that you are using the correct speed settings for your drill and check if material dust is clogging the teeth.
To begin, ensure you have the Bosch Power Change Plus arbor installed in your drill chuck. Simply slide the hole saw onto the arbor shank until it clicks into place. The keyless design allows you to release the saw by sliding the collar of the arbor forward. After use, inspect the carbide teeth for debris buildup. Store the hole saw in a dry, organized container to protect the teeth from impact damage. Avoid applying excessive side pressure while cutting, as this can strain the arbor connection.
