The shelving unit comes in a black finish.

It is best suited for indoor or sheltered outdoor environments like garages or sheds. Prolonged exposure to the elements may cause damage or rust.

Please contact the retailer or manufacturer directly with your proof of purchase and details of the missing or damaged part for assistance.

Ensure the unit is on a perfectly level surface. Double-check that all shelf panels and frame connectors are fully and securely slotted into place. Apply gentle downward pressure on shelves after assembly.

Verify you are using the correct parts for the location. Ensure there are no obstructions or bent components. Sometimes a gentle tap with a rubber mallet can help, but avoid excessive force.

Be cautious when placing heavy or rough items onto the shelves. Consider using shelf liners or mats for added protection if prolonged contact with abrasive surfaces is expected.

This unit is not fully rust-proof. If used in a damp environment, ensure good ventilation. Clean any rust spots with a mild abrasive pad and touch up with a compatible paint if necessary. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
