FAQs
Are these curtains machine washable?
Please check the care label attached to the product as velvet requires specific care. Generally, professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the texture.
Do these curtains come with rods?
No, this set includes two curtain panels only. Rods, rings, and mounting brackets must be purchased separately.
Are they blackout curtains?
They feature room-darkening properties which block most light, though they are categorized as room-darkening rather than 100% blackout.
Can these be used outdoors?
No, these curtains are specifically designed for indoor use and may be damaged if exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Will the beige color fade in direct sunlight?
While the curtains are durable, direct and prolonged exposure to intense sunlight can cause fading in any fabric over time.
How many panels are in one set?
Each set contains two panels, providing ample coverage for a standard window.
Troubleshooting
Curtains hang unevenly
Check that the rod is level and that all curtain hooks or rings are spaced consistently across the header.
Visible creases upon unboxing
Use a garment steamer on a low setting or hang them in a steamy bathroom to let the fabric relax naturally.
Difficult to slide on the rod
Ensure the rod diameter is compatible with the curtains' hanging mechanism and check for debris in the rod's track.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These curtains are designed for indoor use and require assembly. Ensure you have compatible curtain rods or track systems installed before purchase, as the necessary mounting hardware is not included in the set. To maintain the velvet fabric, it is recommended to dust them regularly with a soft brush or vacuum with an upholstery attachment. If cleaning is required, consult the care label for specific instructions to avoid damaging the velvet pile. Keep them away from direct heat sources to prevent material degradation.
