Full details
The LeMieux Toy Pony Vet Set is designed for children who love imaginative play and want to learn about basic equine care. This educational wooden set provides a comprehensive range of pretend tools to facilitate realistic roleplay, helping kids engage with their Toy Pony or Hobby Horse collections. While it offers excellent durability and engagement, users should note that the small components require supervision for younger children and are intended strictly for pretend play rather than actual medical use.

FAQs
Is this set suitable for toddlers?
This set is generally recommended for children aged 3 and up due to the presence of small parts.
Can the ointment be used on real horses?
No, this set is purely for imaginative roleplay and contains no actual medicinal products.
Are the tools made of plastic or wood?
The vet instruments in this set are primarily constructed from high-quality, durable wood.
How do I clean the wooden pieces?
Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to wipe them down. Avoid soaking the wood as it may cause it to swell or warp.
Will this fit other brands of stuffed toy horses?
The set is scaled for the LeMieux Toy Pony range, but the tools are versatile and can be used with most plush toys of similar size.
What should I do if a piece goes missing?
The carry bag is designed to help keep pieces together, but we recommend establishing a 'cleanup' routine after play to ensure all tools are returned to the bag.
Troubleshooting
Moving parts on the thermometer or wormer feel stiff
Gently work the moving part back and forth a few times to loosen the mechanism; do not force it.
Canvas bag zipper sticking
Check for fabric caught in the teeth of the zipper and clear any debris before pulling the slider.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is immediate as there are no batteries or complex assembly required. The set is specifically designed to be compatible with the LeMieux Toy Pony and Hobby Horse range, making it a seamless addition to existing collections. To maintain the quality of the wooden instruments, keep them in a dry environment. If the wooden pieces become dusty, wipe them down with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Do not submerge the items in water. The embroidered canvas carry bag can be spot cleaned with mild soap and cold water if it becomes stained during outdoor adventures; allow the bag to air dry completely before storing the wooden tools inside.
