Troubleshooting
Fabric appears creased upon arrival.
Creases from packaging will typically settle over time. You can gently steam the fabric (do not oversaturate) or use a very low heat setting on an iron with a protective cloth between the iron and the fabric, following professional cleaning guidelines.
Footstool feels too soft or too firm.
The footstool has a medium-soft firmness rating (2/5). If it feels too soft, it may need time for the cushions to settle. If it feels too firm, use it regularly to help the fillings adjust.
Minor marks or spills on the fabric.
Spot clean the affected area immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Blot the area gently rather than rubbing. For stubborn stains, professional cleaning is advised.
