Troubleshooting

Cushion feels too firm or too soft

The cushion may need time to settle after unpacking. For minor adjustments, you can redistribute the filling by fluffing or compressing areas as needed.

Cover is difficult to remove or replace

Ensure the zipper is fully open before attempting to remove the cover. When replacing, align the zipper carefully and work slowly to avoid snagging the fabric.

Uneven filling after washing

Once dry, gently pat and fluff the cushion to redistribute the filling evenly. Ensure it is completely dry before fluffing to avoid clumping.
