FAQs
Is this cushion machine washable?
No, this cushion is designed for spot cleaning only. Machine washing may compromise the water-resistant finish and the integrity of the fibre filling.
Can I leave this cushion outside all year round?
While the cushion is water-resistant, it is recommended to store it in a dry location during winter or periods of heavy rain to prolong its lifespan and maintain color vibrancy.
Will the sun cause the yellow color to fade?
Like most outdoor textiles, prolonged exposure to direct, intense sunlight can lead to gradual fading over time; storing the cushion when not in use helps minimize this.
Is the fabric fire-retardant?
The cushion meets standard consumer safety requirements for household use; however, keep it away from open flames or high-heat sources like barbecue grills.
What are the primary care instructions?
Keep the cushion clean by wiping it down regularly, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, and store it indoors during extreme weather conditions.
Troubleshooting
Surface water pooling on fabric
The water-resistant finish is working as intended; shake the cushion gently to displace the water and wipe dry with a clean, absorbent cloth.
Visible dust or debris accumulation
Use a soft-bristled upholstery brush to gently lift debris from the fabric surface without damaging the print.
Loss of loft in the cushion
Firmly 'fluff' the cushion by pressing and patting the sides inward to redistribute the internal fibre filling.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Vibrant, eye-catching yellow aesthetic

- Soft, plush fibre filling for added comfort
- Low maintenance requirements
Cons
- Not intended for heavy or continuous rainfall
- Limited to spot cleaning rather than machine washing

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your cushion is straightforward: simply place it on your chosen outdoor seating area, ensuring the surface is clear of sharp debris that might snag the fabric. It is highly compatible with a wide range of garden furniture, including rattan, teak, and powder-coated metal chairs. To maintain the life of your product, avoid keeping it outdoors during severe storms or winter months. When not in use, store the cushion in a dry, shaded area to prevent long-term UV fading. If the cushion becomes dusty, use a dry, soft brush, or for minor spills, gently wipe with a clean damp cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
