FAQs
What size pet is this carrier suitable for?
This carrier is designed for small pets. It is best to measure your pet while standing to ensure they fit within the 49.5cm x 34.6cm x 35cm dimensions.
Is the carrier machine washable?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the structural integrity of the fabric and frame.
Can this be used for air travel?
Airline requirements vary significantly. Please check with your specific airline's pet policy regarding soft-sided carriers before booking.
Is the fabric waterproof?
The fabric is durable and practical, but it is not intended to be waterproof. It is best to keep the carrier dry during outdoor use.
How do I store the carrier when not in use?
The carrier can be folded down into a compact shape, making it easy to store in a closet or under a bed.
Troubleshooting
Carrier structure feels unstable
Ensure all internal panels or tension rods are properly seated and locked into their intended positions.
Pet is reluctant to enter
Leave the carrier open in the home with a soft blanket and treats inside to help your pet associate the carrier with safety rather than just travel.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Lightweight and easy to carry
- Provides a secure, den-like feel for anxious pets
- Sturdy fabric construction ensures longevity
- Perfect size for small animal travel

- Strictly limited to smaller pet sizes
- Fabric material is not chew-proof
- Cannot be used as a primary long-term containment crate
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the carrier is straightforward: simply unfold the structure and ensure all tension points are taut. Compatibility is based entirely on the 49.5cm x 34.6cm x 35cm footprint; please measure your pet while they are standing to ensure they can fit comfortably within these bounds. To care for your carrier, spot clean the fabric with a mild soap and a damp cloth as needed. Do not submerge the entire unit in water, as this may compromise the structural integrity of the frame. Ensure the carrier is completely dry before storing it to prevent mildew growth. Inspect the seams and fasteners before every trip to ensure the carrier remains safe for your pet.
