Do I need to remove my old tiles first?

No, the panels can be installed directly over existing flat surfaces, provided they are clean and secure.

What tools are needed to cut the panels?

A standard hand saw with a fine-toothed blade or a jigsaw is recommended for cutting the panels to size.

Are these panels fire rated?

These panels are for decorative use and should not be used in areas of extreme heat or proximity to open flames.

How do I clean the grout lines?

The grout lines are integrated into the panel surface, meaning they do not collect dirt like real grout. Simply wipe with a damp cloth.

Troubleshooting

Visible gaps between panels

Ensure the panels are cut square and that the wall surface is perfectly level. Use a high-quality sealant in the joints.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For installation, ensure the walls are clean, dry, and level before applying the panels. Use a fine-toothed saw or jigsaw to cut panels to size, taking care to measure twice to account for corners and fixtures. Use a silicone sealant rated for wet rooms at all joints and corners to maintain the waterproof integrity of the installation. For daily maintenance, simply use a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers, as these may scratch the surface finish and compromise the long-term appearance of the panels.
