Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The grater comes ready to use. Simply remove it from its packaging and wash before the first use.
Compatibility: This grater is compatible with a wide array of foods, including hard and semi-hard cheeses, citrus fruits (for zesting), vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, and zucchini, as well as chocolate.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wash the grater immediately after each use with warm, soapy water. Use a brush to carefully remove any food particles trapped in the grating holes. Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly rinsed.
- Drying: Dry the grater completely with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and maintain the stainless steel's luster.
- Storage: Store the grater in its protective case to safeguard the blades and prevent accidents. Keep in a dry place.
- Dishwasher: While the stainless steel is durable, hand washing is recommended to preserve the sharpness of the blades and the integrity of the handle over time. If using a dishwasher, place it on the top rack and ensure it is securely positioned.
