The Pattern 10 Bi-fold Internal Door by LPD Doors is an ideal solution for homeowners looking to maximize floor space in tight living areas, such as en-suites, pantry rooms, or walk-in closets. Featuring a sleek, primed white finish and contemporary clear glazed panels, it offers a sophisticated, light-filled aesthetic that complements most modern interiors; however, users should be aware that the 1981mm total height measurement includes the required top track mechanism, which may impact your rough opening requirements.

Yes, the 1981mm height measurement is the total height including the top track mechanism.
The door is supplied primed in white, which serves as an undercoat. It requires a final topcoat of paint to achieve the desired finish.
Yes, the package includes the essential track and hinges required for installation.
While minor adjustments may be possible, excessive trimming can compromise the structural integrity of the door and the operation of the bi-fold mechanism. Consult the specific manufacturer's instruction sheet included with your purchase.
The glass panels are designed for internal use. Please refer to the specific safety labeling on the packaging for glass specifications.
Check that the top track is level and that all hinge screws are tightened securely.
Adjust the pivot hardware at the top and bottom of the door to realign the door within the frame.
Before installation, ensure your door frame is plumb and square, as bi-fold doors are sensitive to frame distortion. Always verify your opening dimensions against the 1981mm height (which includes the track) to ensure a proper fit. Use a high-quality wood paint or satin finish for the final topcoat to seal the primed surface. For ongoing maintenance, periodically wipe the track with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris that could impede the rollers. Avoid using abrasive cleaners on the clear glazing to prevent scratching.
