FAQs

Is the fabric suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, the set is crafted from soft, breathable materials designed to be gentle against the skin.

Does this set include pillowcases?

Yes, the Flourish Floral set includes matching pillowcases that coordinate with the duvet cover design.

Can I tumble dry this set on high heat?

It is recommended to use a low-to-medium heat setting to maintain the longevity of the fabric and the ruffle detailing.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your current duvet insert and select the corresponding size (Single, Double, or Super King) from the Sophie Robinson collection.

Is the floral print the same on both sides?

The set is reversible, featuring variations of the pattern on the reverse side to offer two different looks.

Troubleshooting

Duvet sliding inside the cover

Ensure all button fastenings are securely closed and consider using corner ties or clips if your duvet insert supports them.

Ruffles appearing flat after washing

Gently shake out the ruffles after the drying cycle and use a handheld garment steamer to restore their volume.

Wrinkling after tumble drying

Remove the cover from the dryer while slightly damp and pull taut across the bed to finish air-drying.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • High-impact, vibrant artistic design
  • Versatile reversible pattern
  • Charming ruffle details add texture
  • Easy to maintain with machine washing
  • Breathable and skin-friendly fabric

Cons

  • Bold pattern may limit other decor choices
  • Ruffle detailing requires care during ironing
  • Requires frequent fluffing to maintain the look

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the duvet cover, turn the cover inside out to locate the button fastenings, insert the duvet corners, and shake into place before securing the buttons. This set is machine washable and tumble dry safe, making it practical for busy households. To maintain the integrity of the ruffle frills, avoid high-heat ironing directly on the ruffles; a light steam or air-drying while flat will help preserve their decorative shape. Ensure you check your duvet size (Single, Double, or Super King) against your existing insert to ensure a snug fit that prevents bunching.
