FAQs
Does this set require assembly?

Is the material waterproof?
Yes, the high-density polyethylene is non-porous and completely waterproof.
What are the primary materials used?
The set is constructed from high-quality, durable polyethylene.

Troubleshooting
The table wobbles on an uneven surface.
Ensure the conical base is placed on a flat, level surface. You may use small outdoor-rated furniture pads under the base to compensate for minor floor irregularities.
Dirt or mud is stuck in the sculpted chair seat.
Use a low-pressure hose or a damp sponge to rinse the seat. Avoid high-pressure washers, which could damage the surface finish.
Furniture shifting during high wind conditions.
Because the set is lightweight, consider placing it in a sheltered area or using weighted decorative items on the table if outdoors.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This set is designed for immediate use right out of the box. Because of its one-piece molded construction, there is no hardware to tighten or complicated assembly instructions to follow. To maintain the finish, simply clean the surfaces with a mild soap and water solution and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive brushes or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull the matte grey finish. If using the set outdoors, it is recommended to store the chairs in a shed or garage during extreme winter conditions to prolong the life of the material.
