FAQs

What are the dimensions of the dining table?

The table measures 140cm in length, 80cm in width, and can be adjusted between 48cm and 68cm in height.

Can the set be left outside all year?

The set is crafted from durable PE rattan and galvanized steel for outdoor use, but we recommend using a furniture cover or storing it inside during harsh winter weather to maximize its life.

Is assembly difficult?

The set arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. We recommend having two people assist to ensure bolts are aligned correctly and tightened properly.

What should I do if the color looks different than expected?

Color variations can occur due to monitor settings and the way natural light hits the PE rattan material; this is normal and not a product defect.

Does the set come with cushions?

The set is designed for use with comfortable seating, though you should verify your specific package contents upon delivery to ensure all comfort accessories are included.

What is the primary frame material?

The inner frame is constructed from durable, galvanized steel for rust resistance.

Troubleshooting

Table height mechanism feels stiff

Ensure the table is on a perfectly level surface and apply a light silicone-based lubricant to the adjustment rails.

Furniture wobbles on patio

Use leveling feet or small shims under the galvanized steel frame legs until the units are stable.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Height-adjustable table offers excellent multi-functional utility
  • Weather-resistant materials suitable for extended outdoor use
  • Sturdy steel frame provides a high weight capacity
  • Flexible seating arrangements with modular sofa pieces

Cons

  • Requires full assembly by the user
  • Color variations may occur compared to online imagery
  • Large footprint requires adequate patio or garden space

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To keep your furniture in top condition, follow these guidelines: 1. Setup: Assemble the set on a flat, level surface, tightening bolts gradually to ensure structural alignment. 2. Compatibility: Ensure your patio or deck space has a footprint of at least 2.5m x 2.5m to accommodate the full configuration. 3. Care: Clean the PE rattan with a soft brush or a damp cloth and mild soapy water; avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Cover the set during extreme weather or winter months to extend its lifespan. Check and tighten steel bolts annually to maintain stability.
