Troubleshooting

Device won't power on.

Check the power cable connection and ensure the power outlet is working. Try a different power cable.

Network connection issues.

Verify the network cables are securely connected. Check the network settings on the NAS and your router. Ensure the IP address is correct and the NAS is on the same network as your computers.

Slow transfer speeds.

Verify that your network infrastructure supports 2.5GbE speeds. Check the hard drive health and performance. Consider enabling SSD caching to improve performance. Ensure that the NAS and the client device are using the same network protocol (e.g., SMB).

Can't access the NAS.

Ensure that the NAS is running and that your computer is on the same network. Check for any firewall or antivirus software that might be blocking access. Try restarting the NAS and your computer.

RAID array degradation or failure.

Check the drive status in the storage manager. Replace any failed drives with compatible replacements. The RAID array will rebuild automatically.
