Troubleshooting
Leash keeps twisting.
Ensure the swivel joint is functioning correctly. Check for any obstructions that might be preventing the swivel from turning.
Waist belt feels uncomfortable.
Readjust the waist belt to ensure a proper fit. Make sure the buckle is not digging into your back and that the belt is not too tight.
Pockets are too small.
Consider using smaller items or additional carrying solutions if you need to carry more.
Dog is pulling too hard.
Use the hand loop to maintain more control, and consider training your dog to walk better on a leash. The shock absorber is designed to help, but is not a replacement for training.
