Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Assembly: Assemble the barbecue according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring all parts are correctly fitted.
- Placement: Place the barbecue on a level, fire-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
- Fuel: Use high-quality charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal for best results.
- Lighting: Use a chimney starter for a clean and efficient charcoal lighting. Avoid using lighter fluid as it can impart a chemical taste to the food.
- Temperature Control: Use the adjustable air vents and height-adjustable coal tray to control the temperature.
- Cleaning: After each use, allow the barbecue to cool completely. Remove the grill grates and ash pan for cleaning. Clean the grates with a grill brush and the ash pan with a scraper. Ensure the barbecue is completely dry before storing.
