Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your planters is straightforward as they arrive pre-drilled for drainage. If placing the containers on indoor surfaces or delicate patio decking, it is recommended to use a protective saucer or plant stand to catch excess water runoff. To ensure longevity, add a layer of gravel or expanded clay pellets at the base before adding soil; this optimizes drainage and helps stabilize the pot further. Care is minimal: simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove dust or garden debris to maintain the matte black finish. During extreme winter conditions, ensure the planters are not sitting directly in pooled water to allow the drainage system to function correctly.
