Wipe the scooter with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or immersing the scooter in water, especially to protect the electrical components.

Ensure the scooter is sufficiently charged. Check that the button is being pressed correctly and that the child's weight is on the deck. Verify the power switch is in the 'on' position.

Check the rear foot brake for any obstructions or damage. Ensure the wheel it contacts is clear. If performance remains poor, consult the user manual or contact support.

Tighten the handlebar adjustment mechanism or any associated clamps as per the setup instructions. Ensure it is secured firmly before each use.

Inspect the wheels and frame for any debris or damage. Check that all parts are securely fastened. If noise persists, it may indicate a mechanical issue requiring professional inspection.
