Can this bag fit a laptop?

It can accommodate most standard 13-inch laptops, though it does not feature a dedicated protective laptop sleeve.

Is the hardware prone to tarnishing?

The silver-tone hardware is durable, but it should be kept away from harsh chemicals and humidity to maintain its shine.

Is the bag waterproof?

How do I store the bag when not in use?

Store it upright or laid flat in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Stiffness in the zipper movement

Run a graphite pencil lead or a small amount of beeswax along the zipper teeth to lubricate them.

Visible surface dust or light marks

Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the area, then pat dry immediately with a clean, dry towel.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because the bag arrives ready for immediate use, no complex assembly is required. To maintain the appearance of your Longchamp tote, avoid contact with abrasive surfaces to prevent scratching the leather accents. For routine cleaning, wipe the exterior material gently with a soft cloth and a mild soap-and-water solution. Avoid submerging the bag in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the hardware and leather. When not in use, store the bag in a cool, dry place and keep it filled with tissue paper to help it retain its form.
