FAQs
How do I make the hamper collapsible?
To collapse the hamper, simply remove the four support sticks from the inner sleeves. The hamper will then fold flat for easy storage.
What are the dimensions of the hamper?
The product description indicates it is a 'small' hamper suitable for tighter spaces. Specific dimensions are not provided in the product information, but its compact nature is a key feature.
Is the hamper suitable for heavy items?
While the polyester body is durable, the hamper is best suited for regular clothing and lighter household items. Extremely heavy loads may strain the structure over time.
Can I wash the hamper in a washing machine?
No, the hamper is not machine washable. Cleaning should be done by spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap.
What is the material of the bamboo ring?
The ring is made of bamboo, offering a natural and stylish aesthetic.
How stable is the hamper when full?
When the support sticks are properly inserted, the hamper is stable for its intended use of holding laundry or other household items.
Troubleshooting
Hamper does not stand upright
Ensure all four support sticks are correctly and fully inserted into their respective sleeves. Check that the bamboo ring is properly seated on the top edge.
Hamper has a slight crease or fold from storage
Allow the hamper to sit upright with the support sticks inserted for a period. The fabric should naturally straighten out. If persistent, a gentle steam from a distance might help relax the fabric.
Fabric appears dirty or stained
Spot clean the affected area with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry thoroughly.
