The Bosch UniversalHumid Wood Moisture Meter is designed for accurate wood moisture checks. It features two pre-programmed wood groups offering broad measuring ranges. Simply insert the two measurement pins into the wood for easy measurement. This tool is ideal for checking wood moisture content before burning firewood, installing parquet flooring, or for mould prevention. It functions as a pin moisture meter with a wide measurement range for each wood group, allowing pre-selection of wood type. The integrated traffic light LED provides at-a-glance interpretation of measured values. Additional features include a self-test for calibration, an inverted segment display, and auto shutdown. The meter is supplied with three AAA batteries. Its pin-type detection technology provides fast measurements, with the option to select between two different wood groups for more precise results. The traffic light LED system indicates measurement results: red for not recommended use, yellow for concern, and green for ready to use. This product is also noted for its sustainability features. The package includes the UniversalHumid, a wood group sticker, wrist strap, 3 x AAA Batteries, and a manual, all in a carton. It is useful for mould detection alerts and monitoring relative humidity indoors.
