KONG Ziggies Puppy treats are designed for pet owners seeking a safe, plant-based chew that supports the developmental needs of young dogs. By combining oral health benefits with brain-boosting ingredients like DHA, these treats provide a dual-purpose solution for training and enrichment; however, they are specifically formulated for puppies and may not provide enough long-term chewing resistance for heavy-chewing adult dogs.

These treats are formulated for the puppy life stage and can be introduced once your puppy is old enough to consume solid treats.
Yes, KONG Ziggies Puppy treats are completely free from wheat, corn, and soy.
Yes, they can be given as a standalone treat or reward, though they are specifically shaped for easy insertion into KONG toys.
The soft, chewable texture is designed to be gentle on aching gums while providing a mechanical action that helps clean teeth.
DHA is included to support healthy brain and cognitive development in growing puppies.
Supervise your puppy and choose a larger treat size if available, or break the treat into smaller pieces if the puppy is too young for the full size.
Ensure the KONG toy is the correct size for your puppy; larger toys have wider openings that may require a tighter fit or a different stuffing technique.
To begin using, ensure you have the correct size of KONG Puppy rubber toy that corresponds with your puppy's size. Insert the Ziggies treat firmly into the aperture of the toy. If you find it difficult to insert, you can slightly warm the treat or ensure the rubber toy is clean and dry. For storage, keep the treats in a cool, dry place inside their original packaging or an airtight container to maintain freshness. Always monitor your puppy during their first few uses to ensure they are chewing the treat effectively rather than attempting to swallow it whole.
