The BIC 4 Colours Pastel ball pens are designed for students, office professionals, and creative note-takers who need a versatile, all-in-one writing tool in a stylish, modern aesthetic. These pens offer the ultimate convenience by housing four essential ink colors—blue, black, red, and green—in a single retractable barrel, allowing for seamless color-coding of notes and documents. While the pastel aesthetic is visually appealing, it is important to note that the pens are not refillable, meaning once the ink supply is exhausted, the unit must be replaced.

No, the BIC 4 Colours Pastel pens are designed as disposable units and do not support ink refills.
Each pen contains four standard ink colors: blue, black, red, and green.
The pens feature a 1mm ballpoint tip which produces a 0.4mm line width.
Yes, the ballpoint ink formula is designed to dry quickly, making it suitable for most writing styles including left-handed users.
Unfortunately, the internal cartridges are not replaceable. It is recommended to store them away from extreme heat to prevent the ink from drying.
Try scribbling on a piece of scrap paper in a circular motion to re-prime the ballpoint tip.
Ensure that another color button is not partially depressed and gently press the stuck button again to release the internal latch.
Check for any debris inside the tip aperture and gently clear it, or press the 'retract' catch on the side clip to reset.
These pens are ready to use immediately out of the package; simply press the corresponding colored button to engage the ink cartridge. There is no complex assembly required. To maximize the life of the pen, store it horizontally when not in use to maintain consistent ink distribution to the tip. Avoid clicking the pen repeatedly when not writing, as this can wear down the internal spring mechanism. While the pens are durable, the pastel exterior is prone to showing dirt or ink stains if kept in a messy bag, so consider using a dedicated pen case to keep them looking pristine.
