The Broncolor Honeycomb Grid Set is an essential tool for professional studio photographers using P65, P45, or PAR reflectors who need precise control over their light spread. By narrowing the beam angle, these grids allow for targeted illumination and dramatic lighting effects, though they require a degree of patience to mount correctly on standard reflectors.

The set includes one fine, one medium, and one coarse honeycomb grid.
These are specifically designed for the Broncolor P65, P45, and PAR reflectors and may not fit securely on other brands.
The fine grid has smaller individual honeycomb cells, resulting in a much narrower, more concentrated beam of light compared to the coarse grid.
No, they are designed to clip directly into the rim of the compatible Broncolor reflectors.
Yes, they are constructed from high-quality metal designed to withstand heat produced by standard studio flash heads.
Ensure the tension springs or the rim of the reflector are not bent. If loose, slightly adjust the outer edge of the grid to provide a snug fit.
Verify that the grid is seated perfectly flat against the reflector rim. Even a slight tilt can cause light leakage or uneven beam projection.
To install, ensure your reflector is powered off or safely positioned. Gently press the grid into the rim of your P65, P45, or PAR reflector until it seats firmly. Avoid applying excessive pressure to the center of the honeycomb mesh, as it can deform easily. When not in use, store the grids in a protective case to prevent crushing or bending of the individual cells. Keep the grids free of dust and debris, as trapped particles can create unwanted patterns in your light projection.
