FAQs

Are the pearls made of genuine oyster pearls?

No, this piece uses high-quality glass-based Swarovski pearls.

Can I wear this necklace in the shower?

It is not recommended. Exposure to soaps, shampoo, and water can degrade the plating and damage the pearls.

How should I store the necklace?

Store it in its original pouch or a soft-lined jewelry box away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Is the gold-tone plating permanent?

The plating is durable but will naturally wear over time depending on frequency of use and care.

Can I use jewelry cleaning solutions on this item?

Avoid chemical jewelry cleaners, as they may damage the pearl coating and the crystal settings.

Troubleshooting

The pearl surface appears dull or cloudy

This is likely caused by cosmetic residue; clean gently with lukewarm water and mild soap as directed.

Crystals look dusty or lose their sparkle

Use a dry, very soft microfiber cloth to gently buff the surface of the crystals to remove surface oils.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your jewelry retains its luster, always store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid wearing the necklace while applying hairspray, perfumes, or lotions, as these products contain chemicals that can leave residue on the pearls and dull the gold-tone finish. If the piece becomes dirty, clean it using only lukewarm water with a tiny amount of mild, non-abrasive washing-up liquid. After cleaning, rinse with cold water and immediately dry by dabbing gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
