The By Terry Ombre Blackstar is designed for individuals seeking a high-performance, long-wearing eye makeup solution that combines ease of use with a luxurious, satin-smooth finish. Perfect for both minimalist daily routines and bold evening looks, this pen-style eyeshadow delivers instant, crease-free definition through its unique formula enriched with Tahitian black pearl extract. While it offers exceptional pigment and blendability, users should note that the fast-setting nature of the adhesive polymers requires prompt blending once applied to the eyelid.

The Ombre Blackstar is formulated with adhesive polymers and typically does not require a primer. However, if you have very oily lids, a light dusting of translucent powder can help.
The formula is designed for long-wear and is smudge-proof, but it is best removed with a standard makeup remover rather than just water.
The product is designed primarily for the eyelid area. For best results and safety, avoid direct application to the waterline.
You do not need to sharpen this product; it is a retractable pen. Simply twist the base to advance more product.
The Ombre Blackstar line features a light-reflective, satin-smooth finish that provides a subtle lustre rather than a chunky glitter.
Yes, the creamy texture makes it easy to layer and blend multiple shades together for a custom look.
The formula sets quickly due to its adhesive properties; apply to one eye and blend immediately before moving to the other.
Ensure the cap is fully snapped on after use. If the surface seems dry, gently warm the tip against the back of your hand to reactivate the emollients.
Apply a thinner layer and allow it to set completely for 30 seconds before blinking heavily or applying further layers.
To prepare for application, ensure the eyelid is clean and free of excess oils to maximize the adhesive power of the polymers. While the product is self-contained in a retractable pen, always replace the cap tightly after each use to prevent the creamy formula from drying out. No sharpener is required, as the product is designed as a twist-up applicator. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the creamy texture. It is compatible with standard oil-based makeup removers, which are recommended for gentle and complete removal at the end of the day.
