Setup, Compatibility & Care
When preparing your fabric, it is highly recommended to pre-wash it at 30 degrees to account for any initial shrinkage common with natural organic cotton fibers. Given the ribbed nature, always store the fabric folded or rolled to prevent unwanted stretching of the ribbing over time. When sewing, use a walking foot if available to maintain consistent feed, as heavy rib knits can sometimes drag under a standard presser foot. The fabric is supplied as a single continuous piece cut from the roll, allowing for large panel layouts despite the 110cm width restriction. Avoid high-heat drying, as this can degrade the organic cotton fibers and cause excess shrinkage.
