FAQs

How do I choose the right shade?

Consider your hair color and skin tone. If you are unsure, choose a shade slightly lighter than your natural brow color. The product is available in 12 shades.

How often should I sharpen the pencil?

Sharpen the pencil before each use or when the tip becomes dull, in order to maintain precision.

Can I use this pencil on oily skin?

Yes, the formula is designed to provide long-lasting wear on most skin types. If you have extremely oily skin, consider using a brow primer before application.

How do I clean the spoolie brush?

Gently wipe the spoolie brush with a clean tissue or brush cleaner.

Is the pencil waterproof?

The pencil is designed for 24-hour wear and is fade-resistant, but it is not specifically labeled as waterproof.

What is the best way to apply the pencil?

Use light, short strokes to mimic natural hair. Follow your brow shape and fill in any sparse areas. Blend with the spoolie for a natural finish.

Troubleshooting

Pencil is not applying color smoothly.

Sharpen the pencil to ensure a fine tip. Make sure there are no oils or creams on the brows before application.

Color appears too heavy or dark.

Use a lighter hand during application and blend with the spoolie brush. Start with small strokes and build the color gradually.
