FAQs
Is the Restore Tray machine washable?
No, machine washing is not recommended as it may damage the structural integrity of the material. Spot cleaning is the preferred method.
What is the tray made of?
The tray is crafted from a polymer felt material that is made from recycled plastic bottles.
Can I use this tray to store damp items?
It is not recommended, as the porous nature of the felt can trap moisture and potentially lead to odors or staining.
Does it scratch wooden surfaces?
No, the soft, felt-like material is gentle on surfaces and will not scratch finished wood or glass.
Are the handles sturdy enough for heavy items?
While the handles are integrated and durable, the tray is designed for light items like documents and small accessories rather than heavy tools or equipment.
Troubleshooting
Tray has collected dust or lint.
Use a standard adhesive lint roller to gently remove surface debris.
The tray shape appears slightly deformed after heavy use.
Gently reshape the walls of the tray with your hands and allow it to sit empty on a flat surface for 24 hours to recover its form.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use. No tools or setup are required. To keep your Restore Tray looking new, follow these care guidelines:
- Routine Dusting: Use a lint roller or a soft brush to remove dust or debris from the felt surface.
- Spot Cleaning: If a stain occurs, gently dab the area with a damp, lint-free cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the material.
- Avoid Moisture: Ensure the tray stays in dry environments, as the recycled plastic fiber may hold moisture or lose structural integrity if repeatedly saturated.
- Placement: Place on flat, stable surfaces to prevent the tray from warping over time.
