How do I charge the UV lid?

The lid is charged via the included USB cable. It provides up to 35 cycles per full charge.

Can I put the UV lid in the dishwasher?

No, the UV lid contains electronic components and must not be submerged or put in the dishwasher. Clean it with a damp cloth only.

How much formula does each dispenser hold?

Each of the two included dispensers can hold up to 8 oz of formula powder.

Is the flask safe for travel?

Yes, the flask is designed to be leak-proof and compact, making it ideal for fitting into change bags or cup holders.

Does it kill all bacteria?

The UV lid is designed to kill 99.9% of bacteria within the flask in one minute.

Troubleshooting

UV lid is not sterilising

Check that the lid is fully charged using the USB cable and that the contacts are clean.

Flask is leaking

Verify that the silicone seal is correctly seated and that the lid is tightened securely.

Feed is still too hot after 2 minutes

Ensure you are using the correct water-to-formula ratio and that the flask was not overfilled.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before initial use, ensure the UV lid is fully charged using the provided USB cable. The flask is designed to be leak-proof, but always ensure the lid is screwed on tightly before placing it in a bag. To maintain the device, use the included cleaning brush to scrub the interior of the flask after each use. The UV lid should only be wiped clean with a soft cloth and should never be submerged in water, as this will damage the electronic components. Ensure the flask is completely dry before storing the powder dispensers inside.
