Product Information
Full details
The DeWalt DWE4257-QS is a powerful 1500 W angle grinder with a 125 mm cutting disc. It features electronic speed control, allowing you to adjust the speed via a knurled wheel for material-specific work. The motor is built for high performance with an epoxy resin armored winding to increase its lifespan. Special Jetstream cooling air routing effectively protects the motor against abrasive dust particles. For enhanced safety and user comfort, it includes overload protection to prevent burnout, a tool-free protective cover adjustment, a vibration-absorbing additional handle, and a zero voltage switch that prevents accidental starts after a power failure. The electronic soft start ensures a jerky-free startup, and constant speed control maintains consistent speed even under load. The flat gear housing allows for use in confined spaces, and specially insulated brush holders prevent short-circuit bridges. Self-switching off carbon brushes further extend the motor's life. Electronic coupling enhances user safety. This model is backed by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty when sold and shipped by Amazon.
