Threads getting tangled
Ensure threads are evenly tensioned and not overly loose. Use the rubber grips to maintain tension. Avoid pulling threads too tightly during braiding.
Braid is uneven
Check that all threads are moving smoothly through their respective grooves. Ensure consistent rotation or movement of the star as per the braiding instructions.
Wood surface has minor imperfections
Minor variations are natural in wooden products. If significant, contact customer support.
