FAQs

Is the backpack waterproof?

The fabric is water-resistant, meaning it can withstand light rain, but it is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.

Does the set come with a warranty?

Puma products are typically backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to your specific point of purchase for details.

Can I fit a laptop inside?

It can fit a standard 13-inch or 15-inch laptop, though it lacks a dedicated shock-absorbing sleeve, so an additional laptop case is recommended.

How do I clean the white fabric?

Use a damp cloth with mild soap to spot clean the exterior. Do not place the bag in a washing machine.

Is the pouch attached to the bag?

No, the accessory pouch is a separate item included in the set, allowing you to carry it inside or outside the backpack.

Is the bag suitable for heavy books?

The backpack is durable for daily essentials, but overloading it with excessive weight may reduce the lifespan of the shoulder straps.

Troubleshooting

Shoulder straps feel uneven

Unclip or loosen the strap adjusters, align the bag on a flat surface, and reset the webbing length on both sides equally.

Surface marks or scuffs

Use a soft-bristled brush or a white eraser for light surface dust; for deeper stains, gently dab with a mild detergent-water mix and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear
Matching pouch provides extra utility for small items
Padded straps provide excellent ergonomics
Versatile design suitable for school, work, or gym
Structured silhouette prevents slouching when half-full

Cons

Light white color shows dirt and stains easily
Lack of a dedicated padded laptop compartment
Not intended for heavy-duty hiking or extreme weather
Should be spot-cleaned to maintain the fabric finish

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up your Puma Phase Backpack is straightforward: simply adjust the shoulder straps by pulling the webbing until the bag sits comfortably against your upper back.

Compatibility: The universal design fits most standard school supplies, tablets, and personal items. It is not recommended for large 17-inch laptops due to the lack of specialized padding.
Care Instructions: To keep the white fabric looking fresh, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or harsh bleaching agents, as these can damage the structured material and the integrity of the straps. Allow the bag to air dry completely in a shaded area away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
