Troubleshooting

Jacket appears creased after washing

Gently reshape the garment while damp and lay flat to dry. Avoid direct heat. If necessary, iron on a very low setting on the reverse side, avoiding any decorative elements.

Zipper is difficult to move

Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper teeth. If stiff, try gently running a graphite pencil lead or a bit of wax along the teeth to lubricate it.

Fabric loses its sheen after cleaning

Ensure you are using a mild detergent and strictly following the hand-wash only instructions. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine agitation.
