Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before initial use, wash the saucepans with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. To maintain the integrity of the ceramic coating, avoid using metal spatulas, whisks, or knives directly on the surface; use silicone, nylon, or wooden tools instead.
Regarding compatibility, these pans function on all major stovetop types. When cleaning, avoid using abrasive scrubbers or steel wool, as these will damage the non-stick properties. While the pots are designed for easy cleaning, hand-washing is strongly recommended over dishwasher use to protect the coating from harsh detergents and high-heat water cycles. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent warping.
