Troubleshooting

Mattress not fully expanding

Ensure the mattress has had at least 24 hours to expand in a well-ventilated room. Extreme cold can slow expansion. Check for any obstructions preventing full expansion.

Initial odor upon unpacking

This is common with vacuum-sealed mattresses. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days. The odor should dissipate.

Feeling too soft or too firm

Mattress feel can be subjective and change as it breaks in. Allow a break-in period of a few weeks. If it remains unsuitable, consider using a mattress topper to adjust firmness.

Noticeable dips or sags developing

Ensure the mattress is on a supportive base and has been rotated regularly. If significant sagging occurs within the warranty period, contact customer support.

Pros and Cons

Cons

  • As a newer product, long-term durability reviews may be limited.
  • Expansion time, though typically hours, means it's not immediately ready for use.
  • Specific care instructions beyond general mattress maintenance are not detailed.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Carefully remove the mattress from its box using the provided handles or by cutting along the indicated lines.
  2. Unroll the mattress and place it on your desired bed frame. Ensure the frame is suitable for a mattress of this type.
  3. Allow the mattress to expand fully. This typically takes a few hours. Avoid using the mattress until it has reached its full shape and firmness.

Compatibility:

This mattress is compatible with most bed frames, including slatted bases, divan bases, and platform beds. Ensure that any slatted base has slats spaced no more than 7cm apart to provide adequate support.

Care:

  • Rotate the mattress head-to-toe regularly (every 3-6 months) to ensure even wear.
  • Do not fold or bend the mattress unnecessarily.
  • Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if minor stains occur. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
  • Use a mattress protector to safeguard against spills and wear.
