FAQs
Does the bed come with a mattress?
No, the Zelah Wide Curved Designer Bed Frame is a frame only. You will need to provide your own mattress.
Can I request delivery to an upper floor?
The product is delivered to the ground floor entrance only. You will need to move the components to your room of choice yourself.
Is the fabric easy to clean?
The fabric should be maintained by regular light vacuuming. Avoid harsh chemicals, and treat stains by blotting with a damp cloth.
How many people are needed for assembly?
While one person can assemble it, two people are highly recommended to align the large headboard and footboard wings safely.
Will the colour look exactly like the images?
Actual product colour may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the lighting in your home.
What are the feet made of?
The feet located on the footboard are made of stylish, polished chrome for a high-end look.
Troubleshooting
The bed frame feels unstable or wobbles.
Check all bolts and connections. Ensure the frame is on a level surface and that all four feet are touching the floor firmly.
Squeaking noises during movement.
Tighten the connections between the side rails and the head/footboard, and ensure the slat holders are properly seated.
Minor fabric indentations upon arrival.
Gently steam or fluff the fabric by hand to allow the upholstery to settle into its natural shape after being in transit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly: The Zelah bed is delivered in parts and requires manual assembly. Follow the provided instruction manual closely, ensuring all fixings are tightened securely to avoid squeaking or instability. It is recommended to use a standard household tool kit.
Compatibility: This frame is compatible with standard mattresses. Due to the winged nature of the frame, ensure you have measured your room dimensions carefully, as the total footprint is larger than a standard flat-frame bed.
Care: To keep the pink upholstery looking fresh, vacuum the headboard occasionally using an upholstery attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth—do not scrub, as this may damage the fabric pile. Periodically check that all bolts and chrome foot fixings are tight.
