Full details
Designed for collectors and competitive players using small-sized trading cards, the Ultra Pro Deck Protector Sleeves provide essential protection against wear, oils, and moisture. These sleeves are ideal for those who prioritize a smooth shuffle and glare reduction during gameplay, though they are specifically sized for smaller cards (62mm x 89mm) and will not fit standard-sized trading cards. With an archival-safe and acid-free construction, they offer a reliable solution for long-term card preservation.

FAQs
Are these sleeves acid-free?
Yes, all Ultra Pro Deck Protectors are archival-safe and acid-free, making them safe for long-term storage.
Do these fit standard Magic: The Gathering or Pokémon cards?
No, these are specifically designed for 'Small' sized cards. Standard trading cards will not fit in this product.
How many sleeves are in a pack?
Each pack contains 60 individual sleeves.
Can I use these for tournament play?
Yes, they are suitable for tournament play, provided the sleeves are not marked or damaged.
What is the benefit of the matte finish?
The matte finish reduces glare under bright lights and makes the cards feel less sticky, which improves the shuffle quality.
Does the sleeve affect the clarity of the card art?
The non-glare front may create a slight haze compared to 'ultra-clear' glossy sleeves, but it significantly reduces reflections.
Troubleshooting
Cards feel difficult to insert into the sleeve
Ensure you are using the correct card size (62mm x 89mm). If the card is slightly too large, do not force it, as it may split the seam.
Sleeves are sticking together
New matte sleeves may have minor static cling. Gently fan the deck or shuffle them a few times to redistribute air between the layers.
The sleeve corner is fraying
Fraying typically occurs from improper shuffling techniques. Try to avoid 'riffling' with extreme force.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Reduces glare during play for better card visibility
- Matte texture facilitates easier shuffling
- Archival-safe material preserves card integrity
- Authentic Ultra Pro quality with hologram seal
- Snug fit prevents cards from sliding out
Cons
- Only fits small-sized cards (not standard size)
- Pack count of 60 may not cover larger deck requirements
- Matte finish can slightly mute the vibrancy of card art
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To use these sleeves, simply slide your 62mm x 89mm card into the open top of the sleeve. Ensure the card is pushed all the way to the bottom to avoid corner catching.
Compatibility Note: These are 'Small' size sleeves. Always verify your card dimensions before purchasing, as they will not fit standard 63.5mm x 88mm cards.
Care Instructions:
- Keep away from extreme heat, which can warp the plastic.
- Wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth if dust or oils accumulate.
- Store your sleeved cards in a horizontal, cool, and dry environment to prevent curvature over time.
