Setup, Compatibility & Care
Given the physical dimensions (H70 x W100 cm) and the solid wood composition, this mirror is heavy and requires sturdy wall fixings. It is recommended to use wall plugs and screws appropriate for your specific wall type (e.g., masonry versus drywall with stud support).
To keep your mirror in top condition:
- Cleaning: Dust the frame gently with a dry, lint-free cloth. For the glass, use a standard glass cleaner applied to the cloth rather than directly onto the mirror to prevent liquid from seeping into the wooden joints.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the cream frame or the fir wood veneer, as these can strip the finish.
- Placement: Avoid direct, prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight or heat sources to prevent the wood from warping or the veneer from fading over time.
