The Kookaburra Pro 600F conforms to both Australian safety standards and the BS7928:2013 international standard.
The steel face guard is securely fixed to the shell for safety reasons and should not be removed by the user.
This size is designed for larger adult head circumferences. If the helmet can be adjusted to fit snugly without gaps, it is the correct size.
The lining is moisture-wicking and should be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth. It is not designed to be removed for machine washing.
Yes, the ABS moulded shell and steel face guard are engineered to withstand high-impact forces consistent with competitive cricket play.
Adjust the KCS dial at the rear to tighten the internal fit ring until the helmet remains stationary when shaking your head.
Check that the helmet is sitting level on your brow. Adjust the chin strap length to ensure the face guard does not sit too low.
To set up your helmet, loosen the KCS adjustment dial before putting it on, then tighten until the padding sits firmly against the head without causing pressure points. Ensure the chin cup is positioned centrally to prevent the helmet from tilting. For care, wipe down the internal polymer lining after each match using a soft, damp cloth to remove perspiration. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners on the shell, as these can degrade the material. Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the degradation of the internal padding materials.
