FAQs
Does this product come with the frame?
No, this is a replacement roof canopy only. The frame must be purchased separately or already owned.
Can this be used on a different brand of tent?
It is designed to fit 4.5x3m folding marquees, but please measure your specific frame's peak and corner dimensions to ensure a proper fit.
Is the fabric waterproof?
The oxford fabric includes a PVC coating for weather resistance, making it suitable for light rain, though it is not rated as fully waterproof for heavy storm conditions.
How do I clean the cream-colored fabric?
Use a soft brush and a damp cloth with mild soap. Rinse with a garden hose and let it dry completely in the sun before storage.
What are the exact dimensions?
The canopy measures 431 x 291 x 100 cm, designed for a 4.5x3m footprint.
Troubleshooting
Roof appears loose after installation
Ensure that the frame height is fully extended and that all velcro straps on the underside of the canopy are securely fastened to the frame struts.
Water pooling on the top
Check that the canopy is pulled taut and that the frame is level. If the frame is slightly low, adjust the legs to create more pitch for better water runoff.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure a long lifespan for your canopy, follow these guidelines:
- Setup: Remove your old roof cover entirely. Lay the new vidaXL roof over your frame, lining up the reinforced corner points with the frame legs or canopy peaks.
- Compatibility: This item is strictly compatible with 4.5x3m folding pop-up frames. Please verify your frame dimensions before purchase.
- Care: Clean the surface regularly with a damp cloth or a mild soap solution. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding or storing to prevent mold or mildew growth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washers which may damage the PVC coating.
