The item is delivered on a pallet via a courier, and the delivery is to the kerbside only.
While PE rattan is weather-resistant, using a waterproof cover during winter is recommended to prolong its lifespan.
Ensure the button mechanism is clear of debris or dust; a light application of silicone-based lubricant may help if it remains tight.
Check the leveling feet on the table legs and adjust them until the table sits firmly on the patio surface.
Upon delivery, ensure you have sufficient space to unpack the pallet. The set arrives semi-assembled, so you will need basic tools to finalize the chair structures. For long-term care, clean the rattan with mild soapy water and a soft brush during seasonal transitions. It is highly recommended to store the cushions indoors or in a waterproof deck box when not in use to prevent mildew. During the winter months, cover the set with a fitted waterproof furniture cover to preserve the integrity of the rattan weave and the metal frame.
