Troubleshooting

The bed is slipping on the floor.

Ensure the rubber feet are clean and in full contact with the floor surface. Place on a non-slippery surface or consider using a rug underneath.

The bed is difficult to clean.

Use a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, allow the detergent to sit for a few minutes before wiping.

My dog is not using the bed.

Try placing a familiar blanket or toy in the bed to encourage your dog to use it. Place the bed in a quiet area your dog likes to frequent. Be patient, as it may take time for your dog to adjust.
