FAQs

How long should I wear the band each day?

It is recommended to wear the band for 30 to 60 minutes daily to see optimal lifting and cooling effects.

Can I sleep while wearing the band?

It is not recommended to wear the band while sleeping to avoid restricted blood flow or discomfort during the night.

Is the material safe for sensitive skin?

While the cactus-infused material is designed for skin care, perform a patch test with your skin if you have known sensitivities to botanical ingredients.

Will this permanently remove my double chin?

The band assists with puffiness and skin tightening for a better appearance, but it is not a weight loss tool or a replacement for medical procedures.

How do I clean the band?

Gently hand-wash with cold water and mild soap, then air dry completely before the next use.

Does it work with any skincare products?

Yes, it works well with most firming serums, but avoid heavy oils that might cause the band to slip.

Troubleshooting

Band feels too tight

Adjust the velcro straps to a looser setting and ensure the band is centered correctly on the chin to distribute pressure evenly.

Skin irritation or redness

Discontinue use and ensure the skin is clean and dry before reapplication. If irritation persists, consult a dermatologist.

Band slipping during use

Ensure your hair is pulled back completely and that the band is placed firmly behind the ears for better anchor support.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Targets the root causes of facial puffiness
Easy to integrate into a nightly beauty routine
Provides a refreshing cooling sensation during wear
Helps define jawline contours over time

Cons

Results require long-term, consistent application
Fit may be uncomfortable for those with sensitive ears
Not a substitute for medical or surgical intervention

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the device, ensure your skin is clean and free of excessive oils. Place the center of the band against your chin and pull the straps up toward the crown of your head, securing the velcro tabs comfortably behind the ears. The band is compatible with most non-comedogenic firming creams and serums. To maintain the life of the product, hand-wash the band with mild soap and cold water after each use. Avoid machine washing or harsh detergents to preserve the integrity of the cooling-infused fibers. Hang to air dry away from direct sunlight.
