Troubleshooting
Low water pressure from the handset.
Check if the shower head or hose connection is blocked by limescale. Clean any blockages. Ensure your main shower valve is fully open and providing adequate pressure.
The riser rail is unstable.
Verify that the wall fixings are securely tightened. Ensure the rail is properly seated in its brackets. If problems persist, consider using stronger wall anchors suitable for your wall type.
Leaking from hose connections.
Check that the rubber washers are correctly seated in both ends of the hose. Tighten the connections firmly but do not overtighten, which could damage the threads or washers.
The handset height adjustment is stiff.
Ensure no debris is obstructing the rail. Gently try to move the handset up and down. If stiffness persists, refer to the manufacturer's guide for lubrication recommendations, if any.
