The hose is 1.25 meters long, designed for standard bidet and personal hygiene applications.
Avoid harsh cleaning agents. Wipe down the unit with a soft, damp cloth after use to prevent water spot buildup.
The shower head has a diameter of 28mm.
EcoSmart technology reduces the volume of water used per minute, making your bathroom more sustainable without reducing the effectiveness of the jet.
Verify that the swivel coupling is free of mineral buildup and able to rotate 360 degrees.
Ensure the stop valve is fully open and check that the EcoSmart flow regulator is not clogged with sediment.
Check that the rubber seals are properly seated and tighten the connections; do not overtighten, as this may damage the internal threads.
Installation requires a specialized assembly part which is not included in the primary kit; please consult your local dealer to identify the compatible mounting hardware for your specific wall type. Ensure your local building regulations allow for this unit, as it is strictly not for use in regions requiring EN 1717 compliance. To maintain the Brushed Bronze finish, clean only with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive chemicals or scouring pads that could strip the metallic coating. Regularly check the swivel coupling to ensure it remains free of debris for smooth rotation.
