This LG Outdoor Monte Carlo Stone Modular Dining Set is designed for those looking to create a sophisticated and versatile outdoor living and dining space. Its key benefit is the combination of contemporary style, adaptable functionality with a height-adjustable table, and weather-resistant, easy-care materials. FAQs

Can the modular sofa sections be rearranged?

Yes, the modular design allows for rearrangement to suit your space and preferences, though the reclining corner section typically has a fixed position relative to the other sofa components.

How do I adjust the table height?

The table height is adjusted via a mechanism on the leg. Typically, this involves releasing a lever or lock, sliding the tabletop to the desired height, and then securing it firmly in place.

Are the cushions waterproof?

The cushions are 'season-proof', meaning they are water-repellent and quick-drying, suitable for outdoor use. However, they are not fully waterproof and may become saturated in prolonged heavy rain. It is recommended to store them dry when not in use for extended periods.

What is the warranty period for this set?

This set is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

Can I leave the furniture outside all year round?

Yes, the powder-coated aluminium frame is rust-resistant, and the weave is durable, allowing the furniture to be left outside all year. However, for optimal longevity and condition of the cushions, storing them in a dry place during harsh weather is advisable.

How should I clean the glass tabletop?

The toughened safety glass tabletop can be cleaned using a standard glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free cloth.

Troubleshooting

Wobbly table or bench legs

Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a level surface.

Cushions not drying quickly

Ensure cushions are spread out in a well-ventilated area. If they have become saturated, allow ample time for drying before storing or using.

Stubborn stains on cushions

Use a sponge with warm, soapy water. For tougher stains, follow the specific washing instructions on the cushion care label, which may include machine washing on a gentle cycle.

Difficulty cleaning the weave

Use a soft brush or cloth with warm, soapy water to gently clean the weave. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Assembly is required for this set. Typically, this involves connecting the modular sofa sections, attaching legs to the table and bench, and placing the glass tabletop. Refer to the included diagram for specific assembly steps. Ensure you have a clear space and adequate help for lifting larger components.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, or lawns. Ensure the ground surface is level for stability.

Care:

Frame: Clean the powder-coated aluminium frame with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Weave: Wipe the rattan weave gently with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
Cushions: The Eden season-proof cushion covers are designed for easy care. For minor spills, wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For more significant stains, they can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate cycle (check specific care labels). Ensure cushions are completely dry before storing or using them.
Tabletop: Clean the toughened safety glass with a standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
Storage: While the set is designed for year-round outdoor use, consider storing cushions in a dry place during prolonged periods of heavy rain or the winter months to maintain their condition and ensure quick drying.
